Paradigm Capital Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of John R. Booth as Head of Investment Banking. Mr. Booth has been a senior investment banker at Paradigm Capital since 2016, providing key client coverage in the mining, energy and industrial sectors. Mr. Booth has also been at the forefront of the expansion of Paradigm’s advisory practice. Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Booth spent 20 years at large Canadian and International investment banks focused on mining, industrials and energy and power.

Art Chipman

Paradigm Capital Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Art Chipman as Partner and Head of Advisory within Paradigm’s Investment Banking group. Mr. Chipman is a trusted advisor to boards, special committees, management teams and other stakeholders of public and private companies, having advised on large and complex M&A, restructuring and financing transactions in Canada over the last twenty years. Mr. Chipman will lead Paradigm’s M&A and restructuring advisory practice and will have client coverage responsibility for key Paradigm relationships within Diversified Industries.
